The hotel is in a convenient location, not too far from the beach and close to Cardiff. The rooms needed some improvement, with a few maintenance issues, but they were fairly comfortable. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, especially Helen who went above and beyond. The dining experience was a mix - great value for money with hearty breakfast options, but strict timing for service. Overall, it's a decent hotel with friendly staff and good food.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft pillows and a real double bed, making it a cozy choice. The full cooked breakfast option was a fantastic value for money. The location was convenient for driving into Cardiff and enjoying good weather, with no noise disturbances. Being close to Cardiff airport was a plus. However, the dining experience had some timing issues, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
